been 9 years for me ,goto agree about the crazy dreams ,only down side was the 20 kgs I stacked on in three months and still havnt got rid of

I remember reading a book by a bloke called Allen Car and fucked if I know how he did it but I swear he kind of tricks your brain into thinking your a nonsmoker by the end of it! worth a read for sure if your struggling! good luck and hang in there!

tried about 4 times before that
Bought all the patches needed to do the course cost a fortune but stuck to the routine exactly as they spelt it out.
Honestly I don't feel any healthier or taste and smell things better but
After seeing my old man kick the bucket at 62 from smoking I am so glad that I did it.
Plus as Tomcat said thing of the shit you will be able to afford

yeah, the last couple of days i have been able to pick up people smoking in cars around me at the traffic lights. its like ive turned into a sniffer dogs for the bloody things!!! Stomp was out on the boat the other day smokin, and i didnt buckle, (wich normally i would of). the think i rekon is that once you quit you can never have even 1 again. Every time i would quit i would treat myself to 1 after a period of time and then BOOM pack a day again. Im with u LInds i dont taste better or really feel better apart from all the shit that comes out in the first few weeks! But i know in the long run its gonna be good for my health and my bank account

Get on the champex, worked at treat for me and best of all substidised by the gov, go see your doc for the script. I was a pack a day smoker and 2 1/2 years on havent touched them since. l can never go back to smoking now especially after all the shit l give people who smoke.
