You need TIBOSIET and a current full body Medical (Best on a thumbdrive) then register with the propper Companies som you are completely ready to go in an instant.
Plus you need to understand no smoking and drinking, keeping your mouth shut, comply to all rules at ALL time!l plus sharing a room with another person for 3 weeks at the time.
(If the roster is 3 & 3)

GRN, Clough Amec, Fircroft all of these are labour hire companys or use them at some stage.

cheers lads, ive had me

cheers lads, ive had me tbosiet for three years or so now, i actually need to renue it. and seniour first aid and other bits and pieces, ill give them companies a try and see what happens toofs cheers.

Look at the FOET if your

Look at the FOET if your renewing as it covers the cold water aspect and theres a bit of work going in the Bass Straight. I'd go to Fircroft before GRN, both supply labour to Clough Amec but Fircroft do it for multiple contracts, Woodside FPSO's and the Bayu Undan up in the Timor that Clough have whereas I've been told that you can't go thru Fircroft to Clough if you are already with GRN who only supply people for Woodside vessels. Try Total Marine Services TMS they have people on the Stena Clyde ( Semi sub drill rig) 4 on 4 off and also the contract for Apache on Varanus island and Stag Platform, try OGR and AHF offshore too, small companies but sometimes your best bet and be ready at short notice.

Dear Mike,

On the 25th and 26th May 2012, the AMMA miningoilandgas.com Expo will be running at the Burswood Entertainment Complex. This event is a must see if you are wishing to explore your options in the resources sector. Best of all its FREE Entry!

Over the two days, you can attend information sessions which will give you an awareness into industry employment options available, as well the chance to visit employer and industry displays. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to bring your high school aged children, as well as those graduating or have recently graduated university. If your looking for a career change, then I would head on down too!

The Federal government and Industry have forecasted that more than 62,000 new jobs will be created in the resources industry by 2015. So its a perfect time to either work towards a career in the industry or upskill to better employment and secure a new career.
