biggest I managed in '09, but da skipper bagged a nice 10kg specimen....not as big as last year, but numbers made up for size....
also heeeeaaaaaps of rankies, galore...
NOT one fish lost to shark and only spotted 2 x sharks entire 7 days...

yea boof - just need time. Caught up with Dave up there. Got on the piss 2 x nights and fished on our last day in convoy. Our boat bagged out in 30min and we ended up coming in and giving away 5kg of fillet + 2 kg wingz....left poor Dav out 5km solo - but magic conditions and he was happy bobbin round out there as had gone waaay further previous day.

Amazed how well these undersize guys release Goat... super strong and power back to the bottom no worries. Good to see as we let heaps of smaller ones go, even those that were "legal" keepers - just looked too small y'no. and catching that many that it's no big deal
